I love the setting of this apartment in a riverside location outside the city limits. Overlooking the river and a meticulously manicured open area beneath with views of the countryside. I love the sense of freedom a balcony brings, I supppose its why they refer to it as a room outside. I just saw this balcony hanging in space against the blue sky and I thought this would be idyllic freedom. I guess this is what the designers had in mind.
